Great chicken tenders and fries! Food was hot and fresh. Just happened to see it and checked it out while traveling. Service was quick, people were very nice and there's a nice park next door to stretch your legs or let the kids burn off steam. One of the few parks that still has an old fashioned metal merry-go-round! Highlight of the visit was getting to pet the goats, Bootleg Billy and Nugget! Will definitely go again and try the chicken sandwich!

Perfect stop on our trip to Lubbock coming from Austin. There is an amazing park right next to this place.. we hopped over to enjoy a picnic with our dogs. Owner was amazing! The food was fresh and very good. easy to get to ride off the highway.

We were driving by saw the sign and stopped for lunch. One of the best chicken sandwiches I've had in my life. No photos because I ate it so fast. Obviously created by hand, and made fresh. So hot and juicy with just the right pickle kick. It came with fresh cut waffle fries, also yummy!
Great place to eat chicken strips. Big and juicy strips, served fresh and hot, good crispy coating; waffle fries with the combo order also great. The owners have something special going here...one of them is a pastry chef and makes the desserts served. The service very friendly and clean, modern restaurant on the inside. Do not miss the Mexican vanilla shake - very, very tasty.

We discovered Bootleg Chicken here on Yelp & texted to make sure they were open today...and so glad we did! The Chicken Tenders were piping hot, crispy on the outside & moist on the inside.....Just Perfect! The Waffle Fries were hot & crispy too and the Strawberry Shake very creamy & enjoyable! Their Pepsi was frothy with excellent fizz! We had already got a very yummy Fudge Brownie, but when the owners came over and visited with us, we found out they had fresh baked, hot homemade Peach Cobbler!! So we got that ala mode & both were amazing!! We can highly recommend Bootleg Chicken.......with delicious food in a sparkling clean atmosphere with good music too! It was the perfect lunch stop in Goldthwaite, Texas! Thank you Bill & Liz, for a great experience
